Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS), as well as the legal notice they contain, provide a legal framework for the use of the services of the website https://www.vergnet.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”).

The ToS and legal notice represent the contract between Vergnet SA and the User, and are deemed to be known and accepted when accessing the website.

Simply logging on to or using the website implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms by the User. When filling out the online quote request form or registering on the mailing list, express acceptance hereof will be requested.
